Privacy
Last updated 7 August 2026.
The network holds only what you give it, and shows other members only what the directory needs. Your email address is never one of those things.
What we collect
The profile information you provide at registration: your name, email, promotion, country, sector, photo, and any optional details you add such as your company, title, links, and bio.
What we collect from everyone else
If you write to us through the contact form, or report a bug or an idea, we store what you send along with the name and email address you give us, so we can reply and follow it up. You do not need an account to use either form.
How school records are used
The association holds a copy of the alumni records the school provides, and checks each registration against them to confirm you are a genuine alumnus. Those records are visible only to the network's administrators and are never shown to other members.
Your address is not shown to other members
Your email address is never sent to another member's browser and never appears in the directory. Members reach you through the relay instead. If you choose to reply to a relayed message, your reply goes to the sender directly and your address becomes visible to them at that point.
Retention and removal
The association holds your voluntary profile data for as long as you remain a member. You can edit it yourself at any time. If you ask us to remove you, we take your profile out of the directory and close your account; get in touch through the contact page and we will do it.
